The Southwestern Outer Drive Neighborhood Association is a non-profit organization formed in 1997. The association gives residents a voice in neighborhood issues, community concerns and neighborhood improvements. We believe in community service and family involvement. S.O.D.A. is a homeowner’s organization that includes residents of apartments and businesses residing in our boundaries.

Our boundaries include streets located between Outer Drive/Dartmouth, Outer Drive/the east side of Grindley Park, and Outer Drive/Pelham. Dues are $15.00 a year per household or business located within our boundaries. Dues finance bi-monthly newsletters, the association web site, and meetings. Residents who live outside the boundaries are welcome to join by paying dues, but may not hold office or vote on association matters.

Meetings are held three times a year in Dearborn, MI. The association provides a friendly forum to make new friends and encourage residents to get to know their neighbors.
